Knitting and Stitching Goodies
Sorry for the delay in getting back to this blog. Had a stressful week since returning home. Anyway, here's my bag of goodies from the show.

With Cody's help I was working on this Kina Cardigan pattern (in two sizes for Sasha and baby) that is free on Ravelry. It's the first time I've tried knitting from the neck down. There's very little making up to do, just a tiny seam under each arm, so I'll ask for a volunteer to model it tomorrow.

Caleb's Outfit is finished

Just in time, as it's very frosty here now in the mornings and evenings, lovely sunny days though. Caleb is pleased with my efforts to make him an outfit, and it's finished off beautifully with the gorgeous duffel coat from Sasha Doll Style. Caleb loves the lion puppet that Nikki sent with it.

Knitting for Caleb
My boys are very badly off for clothing. I'm awaiting some exciting new purchases but in the meantime I'm making an outfit for Caleb. It's not finished yet but he can't wait to show you. I cut up a pair of my worn trousers to make him some pants, and am knitting a sweater in this gorgeous AraucanÃa Ranco sock yarn which is 75% wool. I love the very subtle self striping effect."I'm going as fast as I can with the sleeves Caleb!"
